Uttar Pradesh Director General of Police has issued a notice regarding the safety of journalists in the state and fake cases against their families and has sought information from all police commissioners within two days, in which it has been asked whether journalists are protected and treated with courtesy by the officers or not, whether the officers resolve the problems of the public told by the journalists or not, in view of the fear for the life of journalists, information has been taken about their proper security arrangements and polite behavior, and cases should not be registered against journalists and their families on the basis of false complaint, for which instructions have been given, along with this, other issues related to the interests of journalists have also been included in it, in which it has been asked to inform the headquarters within two days through email, which has been taken by the Yogi government  Many journalist organizations say that this decision will protect the interests of journalists in future.
